An operating system built from lived experience, for young men who are ready — even if it doesn't feel that way yet.
This started with my son. I watched him struggling to find his footing — brilliant, caring, genuinely capable of so much — and realized that everything we'd tried was either too hard, too clinical, or too vague. I wanted to build something that met him where he was, not where we wished he was.
Uomini OS was born from a simple observation: most resources for young men experiencing 'failure to launch' are either clinical (requiring professional involvement), punishing (boot camps, tough love programs), or vague (general self-help advice that assumes the person already has momentum). None of them felt right.
We built Uomini OS on the premise that young men in this situation aren't broken — they're stuck. And stuck is very different from broken. Stuck just needs a lever, a direction, and the right environment to start moving. This program is that lever.
Every element of the program is designed to reduce friction, not add it. If something isn't simple, it doesn't belong.
We're not trying to make young men obedient. We're trying to help them build the internal structure to run their own lives.
Connection to the natural world isn't optional — it's foundational. Every program element includes it.
This program is done alongside young men, not at them. Parents are guides, not directors.
