The Installation

One month. Five tracks. One dad and his son. This is where the Uomini OS comes to life.

30 Days Southern California Family-Guided All 5 Tracks

THE PROGRAM

More than a plan. A prototype of your next life.

The Installation is a 30-day, guided immersion that puts the entire Uomini OS into motion. It's run by a parent, guardian, or trusted adult alongside the participant โ€” no professional background required. It's designed for one specific context right now: a young man and his parent traveling to a new environment to build a new operating system, together.

โœ“ Not a boot camp โ€” no punishments, no yelling, no pressure
โœ“ Not a therapy program โ€” a self-education framework
โœ“ Not a vacation โ€” a working prototype of a better life

THE JOURNEY

Four Weeks. Four Phases.

Week 1

Ground

Arrive. Breathe. Establish baseline habits. No pressure to be amazing โ€” just show up. Focus: Physical Wellness + Nature & Outdoors. Activity: Daily skate sessions, beach walks, early bedtimes.

Week 2

Expand

Try something. Expand one edge every day โ€” one new food, one new move, one new idea. Focus: Mental Clarity + Nutrition. Activity: Surf lesson, new restaurant, module deep-dives.

Week 3

Build

Consistency is the compound interest of personal growth. This week is about streaks. Focus: Life Skills & Craft + Social. Activity: Cook a meal, creative project begins, deeper conversations.

Week 4

Launch

What did I learn? What do I want? What's the plan? Focus: All five tracks โ€” connecting the dots. Culmination: 90-day personal plan written. Signature adventure day.

For the Parent Running This

Your role is one of the most important and counterintuitive ones you'll play.

Be a witness, not a manager. Your job is to observe and celebrate, not supervise and correct. Ask questions โ€” don't give answers.

Never comment on what he didn't eat. Only acknowledge what he did try. Always have a safe food available. Never withhold food.

Repair quickly. If tension happens (it will), address it within 24 hours with curiosity, not defensiveness.

Not by how many modules he completed. By whether he's more alive at the end of 30 days than he was at the start.
