One focused 25-minute work session every day this week. No phone, no tabs.
The Pomodoro technique — 25 minutes of focused work followed by a 5-minute break — is one of the most thoroughly studied productivity methods, and the reason it works is behavioral rather than mystical: it makes 'starting' feel achievable, breaks work into chunks your brain can commit to, and creates a measurable daily win. This challenge takes that principle and applies it for a full week.
Each day, you complete one 25-minute focused session. Phone in another room or on Do Not Disturb. One task. No tabs other than what you need. When the 25 minutes are up, you're done — you can keep going if you want to, but the requirement is met. At the end of the week, you'll have seven completed sessions and a real sense of what you're capable of when your environment is set up properly.
