This challenge is designed to expose you to the full range of what's available within reach: ocean, mountains, skateparks, trails, pools. The goal isn't to master anything. It's to build a catalog of physical experiences you can draw on for the rest of your life.
Each day of the week is assigned a different activity type. You customize the specifics to what's available to you. Some of these you'll love. Some you'll hate. All of them will teach you something about how your body moves and what it's capable of. By the end of the week, you'll have a much clearer picture of which movement styles fit your wiring.
