Create something this week — whatever form that takes — and share it with one person.
The resistance to making something is almost never actually about capability. It's about judgment — the gap between your taste and your current skill level, and the fear of other people seeing that gap. The most effective way to close that gap is to start making things and share them, despite the discomfort. This challenge is a low-stakes version of that: one thing, one person.
This week, make one thing. It can be anything: a photo, a sketch, a short video, a piece of writing, a meal you've never cooked before, a physical object, a playlist with a specific intention behind it, a skating clip, a piece of code. The format is completely open. The requirement is that you actually finish it and show it to one real person.
